All Care Companions is seeking a full-time Office Manager (OM) and Individualized Living Support staff : dividing work between office work and direct care to join our team.

Program Manager/Office Assistant: We seek an individual with prior experience with MN 245D paperwork, including CSP, SMA, IAPP paperwork, office, and clerical duties.

Areas of Responsibility:

• overseeing, completing, and assuring license compliance paperwork and services.
• hiring, training, and scheduling unit based employees
• preparing, coordinating, and completing all aspects of client intakes, meetings, and discharges
• communication and coordination with interdisciplinary teams: case managers and families
• provide direct staffing support to clients
• documentation

Direct service provider: As Direct service provider, you will provide Independent Living Skills (ILS), In-Home Family Support Services (IHFS), and Supportive Employment Services (SES) to individuals living in their residences with varying levels of mental and physical health needs. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals with flexible weekday schedules that want to get out and connect with people.

Preferred Qualifications include:

• Four year degree preferred. Associates degree considered with years of experience.
• Organization skills and ability to manage paperwork and multiple tasks
• valid drivers license
• insurance that meets insurability guidelines
• background check clearance that meets licensing requirements
• Ability to problem solve.
• Must like working with a variety of people with varying needs

Minimum Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary degree preferred
• Two years of experience serving people in Direct Support Services preferred
• Two years of management experience preferred
• Eligible as determined by the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and the Department of Human Services

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
