Job Description:
Assist in managing the social media strategy of our 200+ clients;
plan, develop and implement tailored strategies for each client;
possibility to write weekly blog post(s);
liaise with colleagues and key spokespeople;
liaise with and answer enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations, often via telephone and email;
research, write and distribute press releases to targeted media;
collate and analyse media coverage;
write and edit in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports;
prepare and supervise the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programmes;
organize events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours;
maintain and update information on the organization’s website.

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 or 3 years of studies in a top university (with possibility for full-time after graduation);
Must be a confident communicator and presenter
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships
Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail
Possess the ability to keep information confidential
Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms
Ability to work in high-stress environments, often for long hours
A wide degree of creativity and latitude
Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
