Join our team at Sentry Living Solutions as an Independent Living Services (ILS) Instructor! We are seeking a dedicated individual to support people with developmental disabilities in achieving their life goals and dreams. As a member of our team, you will teach essential skills for independent living and community participation, while providing ongoing support.
Our service area covers Alameda County and San Mateo County in the San Francisco Bay Area. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes medical and dental insurance, a company-sponsored 401(k) plan, mileage reimbursement, and paid sick and vacation time.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, possess a valid California driver's license, a reliable and registered automobile with current car insurance, and a clean driving record. Effective verbal and written communication skills are also essential. Additionally, proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required.

This is a full-time or part-time position with flexible scheduling that includes day shifts and weekends. The pay range for this position is $18 - $20 per hour.
