Solar Xchange is a growing lead generation company in the renewable energy sector. Our goal is to aid in the growth of the solar industry while informing our communities of the benefits of switching to solar energy use. We provide a great work environment with the training and assistance required.
Location : 2113 Wells Branch PKWY. Bldg. 4 STE 3000, Austin, TX, 78728
*The position and interview process will be held all in office.*
What we offer:
- Monday- Friday (weekends optional)
- 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
- Weekly Pay: $500.00 - $1, 200.00
- Base Hourly pay plus commission/ daily bonuses
- OT available/Health Benefits
- $500 SIGN-ON BONUS
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Be able to take 200+ calls a day
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Have the ability to cold call / deal with transfers from cold calls
- Possess the ability to work under pressure, supervised, and unsupervised
Skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Have basic computer knowledge
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Pay: $500.00 - $1,200.00 per week
