At Barron, an HVAC Service Technician will:
  • Diligently follow diagnostic, repair, maintenance, quality control and customer service procedures

  • Perform scheduled maintenance and precision tune-ups on HVAC/R equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation

Minimum Required Experience & Qualifications:
  • 2+ years HVAC experience required
  • EPA 608 Technician Certification preferred
  • Active 06A Electrical License preferred
  • NATE Certification preferred
  • HVAC technical degree preferred
  • Experience working with your hands (i.e., personal automotive projects, woodworking)
  • Experience working with hand tools and power tools
  • Valid Washington State Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Pre-employment drug screening
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States

Compensation:
  • Full-Time
  • Hourly; 24.00 – 40.00, DOE
  • Annual cost-of-living adjustments
