- Have a strong desire to solve challenges and help others
- Pursue knowledge of HVAC/R and Electrical and control systems
- Perform scheduled maintenance and precision tune-ups on HVAC/R equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation
- Educate customers on opportunities to enhance their quality of life through whole whom performance.

- 2+ years HVAC experience required
- EPA 608 Technician Certification preferred
- Active 06A Electrical License preferred
- NATE Certification preferred
- HVAC technical degree preferred
- Experience working with your hands (i.e., personal automotive projects, woodworking)
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Pre-employment drug screening
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
