In this HVAC Sales Lead Generator position, you combine customer service skills, listening skills, and marketing knowledge to inform people about our products and services. Working inside Home Depot stores, you spend most of your time initiating contact with the public and promoting our brand. You provide the first impression of our company to new customers! By engaging with them in a positive way and developing new relationships, you're able to learn about their specific HVAC needs. You then schedule appointments with our sales team to help them find solutions. You also contribute to the team by training other employees to generate leads and attending weekly store meetings.
