HVAC/R Service and Maintenance Technician (Riviera Beach, Fl)

JOB SUMMARY:

Experienced HVAC/R technician needed for growing supermarket refrigeration company in Palm Beach County Area. Technician must have at least 1 years of HVAC/R Technician Service or HVAC/R installation experience as well as an EPA certification. The position is full-time and offers many great benefits, hands on training and education and room for growth within the organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• The HVAC/R Technician will provide maintenance, diagnose and repair various commercial and industrial heating and cooling systems.
• HVAC/R technicians will replace any heating, air conditioning, or refrigeration equipment or complete systems.
• Lay out and connect electrical wiring between the controls and equipment according to the wiring diagram, using an electrician’s hand tools.
• Obtain and maintain required certifications as they pertain to HVAC/R technician duties.
• HVAC/R Technicians will be required to inspect and test systems to verify compliance with plans and specifications and to detect and locate malfunctions.
• Maintain cleaning coils and leak checking.
• Testing HVAC/R systems and components.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must have at least 1 years of prior experience working as an HVAC/R technician or HVAC/R installer.
• Candidates must have an EPA certification that is up to date and valid.
• Valid driver’s license and Clean driving record.
• Knowledge and understanding of HVAC/R service and installation techniques.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.
• High School degree or equivalent.
