Human Resources Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

The Human Resources Manager will manage human resources, safety, and training responsibilities for the Liberty, SC manufacturing facility and 20 distribution and fabrication facilities across the United States. (approximately 1300 employees).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Related Field
  • 10 + years of Human Resources experience required
  • 5+ years of safety experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HCM Software
  • Directs, coaches, collaborates, and delegates appropriately while working as a team
  • Continuous improvement mindset at all times
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and reading comprehension skills
  • Outstanding conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of case management procedures and issues relating to workers' compensation and other workplace safety issues
  • Knowledge of local, state and federal laws and regulations regarding compliance training requirements, OSHA, and other employment related laws
