Hi. We’re New Horizons In-Home Care. We’re looking to hire an HR Manager to join our award-winning, people-first in-home care company. The HR Manager will report directly to the President.

Salary: Based on Experience
Position Overview:
The Human Resources Manager guides and manages the overall policies and programs for five New Horizons offices. The major areas of focus are:
Recruitment
Performance management and improvement systems
Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns
Employee orientation, development, and training
Company employee and community communications
Compensation and benefits administration
Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health
Requirements:
Previous experience in human resources including the administration of benefits and compensation programs
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
Ability to lead and develop staff members
Serve as a key participant on the management team that provides company leadership and direction
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Office and Google environment
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of leadership experience in Human Resources positions
Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement preferred
