Hi. We’re New Horizons In-Home Care. We’re looking to hire an HR Manager to join our award-winning, people-first in-home care company. The HR Manager will report directly to the President.

Salary: Based on Experience

Position Overview:

The Human Resources Manager guides and manages the overall policies and programs for five New Horizons offices. The major areas of focus are:

  • Recruitment

  • Performance management and improvement systems

  • Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns

  • Employee orientation, development, and training

  • Company employee and community communications

  • Compensation and benefits administration

  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in human resources including the administration of benefits and compensation programs

  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills

  • Ability to lead and develop staff members

  • Serve as a key participant on the management team that provides company leadership and direction

  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Office and Google environment

  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Human Resources positions

  • Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement preferred
