VIKING Life-Saving Equipment A/S is a global market leader in maritime, offshore and fire safety, providing and servicing safety and fire-fighting equipment for passenger and cargo ships, offshore installations, fishing vessels, the Navy, helicopter services, fire departments and leisure yachts.

The successful individual will be responsible for representing the company in developing excellent customer relationships with all existing and potential customers through informative, efficient and friendly service. This position requires a team player able to interact with all departments.

Ensuring overall and day to day operation of Viking HR in the Regions in accordance with instructions and objectives.

• Strong Human Resource Experience.
• Self–managing and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Effective in building employee relations.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding internal/external employee needs and anticipating the responds and changes appropriately.
• Negotiation skills i.e. the ability for protecting the interests of the organization via negotiations.
• Computer knowledge:

· PowerPoint

Education & Qualifications:

• A bachelors’ degree in HR (preferred), Business or Operations
• At least 6 years of Human Resources experience assistant with different tasks within the HR umbrella

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
