Key responsibilities:

• Performs tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance management, WHS and training and development.
• Advising on employee relations situations, policies and processes
• Working through the most effective utilization of human resources for the purposes of achieving strategic and operational objective
• Referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
• Supporting all aspects of the Employee Life Cycle and HR Global Programs
• Pro-actively participate in projects and drive change management
• Implements new hire orientation and onboarding plans.

Skills and experience

• Minimum of 5 years of human resource management experience, preferably with WHS experience.
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, compensation practices, employee relations, performance management, employee relations
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to partner with key stakeholders.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Ability to quickly learn the company culture
• HR or WHS qualifications preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $42,339.11 - $81,513.59 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
