In this role, you’ll guide employee support, leadership development, accountability, and achievement of overall goals. You’ll foster relationships with department leadership and provide counsel and guidance on issues relevant to employee and department goals and objectives; ensure site compliance with Joint Commission; guide and support efforts to increase employee and patient satisfaction, as well as the overall strength of the workplace; and constructively interact with union representation and employees regarding employee and labor relations.

Job Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

· 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.

Salary Range:

· The salary range for this position is $62,250.05 - $100,129.97/year.*
