We are seeking a skilled and experienced HRBP to join our team and partner with our business leaders to drive people strategies that support business objectives. The HRBP will act as a consultant and advisor to the business, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR issues, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, and benefits. This is a dual role of administrative and strategic responsibilities, supporting the HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

You will -

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive results.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, career development, and compensation.
• Engage in talent acquisition to ensure we are attracting and hiring top talent to support business needs.
• Ensure that HR programs and policies are effectively implemented and communicated to the business.
• Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
• Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements, hourly-employee validations, and benefits changes.

• Minimum of (8) eight years of HR experience with (2) two years as a HRBP.
• Talent acquisition / recruiting experience a plus.
• Multi-state support experience a plus.
• SHRM-CP Required.
