Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee HR management activities including screening and selection, orientation, training and development, performance management and employee relations functions.- Monitor and address employee morale by informally maintaining regular contact with various departments and employees to elicit employees’ opinions, feelings and suggestions.
- Administer facilities Leave of Absence policy including FMLA and ADAAA requirements.
- Ensure consistency in administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Annually review HR Policies and submits changes for approval to Group HRD and CEO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of four year experience as an HR Generalist required
Icing on the cake:
Master's Degree- Previous Healthcare experience
- PHR, SPHR
- Minimum of one year of management experience.
