We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Human Resource (HR) Recruiter position in the Baytown area.Job Description:
Coordinates the recruitment efforts for the company through collaboration with hiring managers and Human Resources. Searches and recruits best available job talent for the positions being offered using internal and/or external resources. Manage the entire staffing process including recruitment, screening, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers in selecting employees to fill vacant job positions. Ascertain candidates' position qualifications by conducting pre-hire checks including employer verification checks, background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle record checks. Maintain up to date company website job postings.
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification preferred
- Target Selection (TS) certification preferred
- Two or more years of recruitment and/or human resource experience preferred
- Experience working in a highly confidential, highly demanding and fast paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to use software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.)
- Experience with public speaking preferred
- Knowledge of recruitment trends and technologies
- Knowledge of staffing and employment practices
- Experience in healthcare recruiting preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Clean background, drug screen, and driving record
- This is a remote job position
- Company technology is assigned
- Some travel is required
