Role:

The Human Resources Coordinator will support various disciplines of Human Resources including, employee relations, employment, training, benefits and employee development.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
  • Greets employees and visitors, determines the nature of visitors' business, and provides appropriate information.
  • Help ease the flow of traffic in regards to the HR window
  • Answer phone calls and emails. Able to convey information clearly
  • Maintain calendars for the office and your coworkers
  • File important documents and keep them well organized.
  • Receive walk-in customers and guests and make them comfortable
  • Operates a telephone switchboard or console system to relay incoming, outgoing, and intersystem calls.
  • Communication involves exchange of basic verbal/written routine information and/or simple service activities requiring common courtesy (e.g., answering questions, giving direction in response to simple requests).
  • Keeps a log of visitors and/or issues
  • Takes messages, may make future appointments, and/or maintain appointment log
  • Performs incidental clerical work that requires typing, sorting, or collating capability.
  • Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running.

  • Hours: 11:00am- 7:00pm (Monday through Friday) May work some weekends; hours may vary
  • Human resource experience preferred but not required
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent technical skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Kronos and HR-SAP).
