JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides centralized human resource services spanning payroll, benefits and other transactions
  • Ensures efficiency of service center operations, technology and transaction processes |
  • Establishes standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions and administration of human resource programs |
  • Coordinates services with the human resource information systems, human resource program managers and technology specialists.
  • KSAs: Learns to use professional concepts. Limited use and/or application of basic theories and concepts.
  • Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
  • Develops resolutions to problems of limited scope.
  • Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
  • Normally receives and follows specific detailed instructions on most work. Work is closely managed
  • Contributions are usually limited to assignment-related activities.
  • Failure to accomplish results can normally be overcome without significant impact to the organization
  • Contacts are primarily with direct supervisor and other professionals in the group or department.
  • Builds stable working relationships internally.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree/Diploma with 0-2 years' related experience.
