Our team of dedicated professionals creates a fun and memorable experience. The HR Coordinator provides support to the HR Department in a variety of personnel-related tasks.

What Will I Be doing?
- Manage LOA and COVID LOA process.
- Unemployment response and monitoring.
- Process Terminations.
- Office Onboarding back-up.
- Orientation presenter.
- Maintain, scan and file current employee documents accordingly.
- Annual auditing of employee files for ACHC accreditation requirements.
- Human Resource compliance projects, as assigned.
- Understand and comply with policy and procedures set forth by AHC.
- Maintain compliance with county, state and federal regulations affecting home health care.
- Additional tasks, as assigned by manager.
What do I need to bring to the job?
- High School diploma, or equivalent.
- Post secondary education in related field preferred.
- Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English.
- Previous HR related role for 1-2 years preferred but not required.
- One year previous experience as an administrative support professional.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
