We are looking for HR Assistant for our Atlanta location to function as the liaison between the HR Manager and employees and to assist with several HR functions. This position reports directly to HR Manager.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with recruiting:

o Job postings and interview scheduling utilizing ADP TotalSource,

o Interview facilitation, greeting candidates, administer pre-interview screening,

o Post interview records keeping,

o Facilitating pre-employment screening,

o Timely and accurate correspondences with candidates,

o Full recruiting cycle.

· Assist with employees onboarding and offboarding:

o Facilitate New Hire Orientation,

o Partners with Hiring Manger and IT department to prepare equipment, PPE, uniforms, tools, etc. for newly hired employees,

o Keeps accurate records of equipment, tools, PPE, etc. assigned to employees,

o Retrieve all assigned items at the time of employee offboarding,

· Assist with employee relations and performance tracking:

o Assist with Employee Performance Reviews and Performance Improvement process,

o Handle employees’ questions regarding paycheck, benefits, attendance points, etc.

o Run reports and communicates employees’ attendance to Managers.

· Receptionist function:

o Interacting with clients, prospects, and vendors by phone,

o Arranging courier delivery, and receiving and distributing mail,

o Ensuring the reception area is always presentable.

Requirements

· Associate degree in related field

· 5-10 years human resource experience

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent people skills

· Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to details

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

· Experience with ADP TotalSource or similar HR system
