Job description

This role supports several activities to all employees in the Mann-Hummel Filtration Technology in Fayetteville, NC with a variety of HR administrative and general processes in accordance with established internal and external regulations so that all related matters are administered quickly and accurately according to the strategy.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

− Handling of HR Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable invoices

− Coordinating mail related activities

− Lead, prepare and organize office events

− Handling benefits billing

− Presentation Development

− Provide Audit support in line with guidelines

− Provide general support to all employees in the Main Office

− Concur support

− Organize and schedule introductory trainings so that new employees are quickly integrated into the organization

− Support the Talent Acquisition team with a variety of activities like scheduling interviews, represent the company in the job fairs, and more

− Recordkeeping and filing

− Keep up to date with changing requirements

− Maintains an acceptable attendance record to ensure timely work completion

− Performs other job-related duties as assigned

YOUR PROFILE:

Education:

− High School Diploma, GED or related Vocational training

Experience:

− 2-3 years’ professional experience in an office environment.

Required Skills:

− Microsoft Office Suite

– Proficient Excel skills

− Strong organizational and communication skills

− Must be structured, flexible and customer oriented

− Must be able to work in fast pace and dynamic environment

− High level of integrity

− Able to work independently, proactive with exceptional attention to details

Preferred Skills and Experience:

− Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field

− Concur experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
