Job description
- Ensure grounds, and interior of property are well maintained according to hotel standards.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and climb stairs on a daily basis
- Help maintain curb appeal, landscaping as needed.
- Deep clean guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Shampoo furniture as needed.
- Handle all requests for luggage assistance in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
- Lift and move furniture when deep cleaning guest rooms.
- Properly dispose of trash and recycle items.
- Handle items for "Lost and Found" according to hotel standards.
- Clean guestrooms as needed.
- Help maintenance staff when necessary.
- Have knowledge of and assist in all emergency procedures.
- Maintain hotel equipment in proper working order.
- Maintain storage of hotel equipment in proper area.
- Complete special projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
