Healthcare Services Group Inc., a leading nationwide environmental services provider, is seeking professional individuals who are looking to grow within a long-standing company. We provide housekeeping and laundry services for health care facilities. Promotions are from within only.
We currently have first shift, full time openings available in South Beloit for a Housekeeping Manager in Training. You would be working directly with the Housekeeping Manager, training to run one of our facilities as the manager. This is an hourly position starting at $15 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities would include:
Daily supervision of housekeepers and laundry staff, daily overseeing facility cleanliness, quality control of laundry operation, care of carpet and tile flooring, ordering supplies according to budgeted expenditures, calculating payroll, maintaining accurate employee files, documentation of attendance, employee discipline, performance evaluations and benefits, reporting issues directly to the Housekeeping Manager, dealing with problems brought to your attention from the public or facility residents, acting as Housekeeping Manager in their absence, assuring compliance with federal, state and OSHA regulations, and other duties as assigned by the Account manager.
Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Drivers License
• Must have own vehicle
• Management or Floor Care experience preferred, but will train
• Must be able to work weekends/ Holidays, as needed only
• Ability to meet CMS Covid Vaccine mandate
• Must have a professional attitude and ability to work with the elderly
