GENERAL PURPOSE

Inspects guest rooms cleaned by housekeeping attendants to ensure Radisson standards are met. Insures that all public areas and back of the house work areas meet the established standards of cleanliness and propriety to assure guest satisfaction and maximize revenue.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervises Room Attendants in the cleaning of guest rooms

Verifies that all rooms have been cleaned by reviewing the list of rooms cleaned by each room attendant daily

Supervises the completion of short notice requests for rooms

Prepares requests for replacement of furniture, fixtures, etc. and follows up to ensure completion of request

Inspects all check-out/stay over rooms for adherence to Radisson’s standards

Monitors quality of rooms by conducting and documenting inspections of cleaned rooms

Maintaining rooms control procedures and reporting discrepancies to Housekeeping Manager

Maintaining standard procedures for the acceptance, security and return of guests' lost and found items.

Maintain the security of all housekeeping, guest room keys at all times.

Maintaining proper guest and employee relations at all times, representing the hotel with the utmost professionalism.

Interacting daily with the front desk and engineering to ensure the utmost of team work is utilized.

Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.

OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that the shift runs effectively and efficiently.

Be well groomed and in uniform with name tag at all times.

Compliance with hotel conduct policy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.50 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Cleaning Experience: 1 year (Required)
• Hotel Experience: 1 year (Required)
