Position Overview

We have a wonderful Full-Time opportunity to join our Evoke Wellness Florida Operations team as a Housekeeper.

The primary function of this position is to preform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks with additional services throughout the facility.

Position Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all surfaces throughout the facility.
• Empty/reline garbage cans and take garbage to dumpsters.
• Clean bathrooms. (Showers, toilets, walls, etc.)
• Keep cleaning equipment in good working order and notifying supervisor when damaged.
• Maintain acceptable overall attendance.
• Attend in services and trainings as necessary.
• Be pleasant, tactful, and courteous to patients, visitors, staff, and contactors.

Position Requirements

Competencies

• Detail oriented
• Be self-sufficient with minimal direction
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking with frequent pushing, pulling, and bending.
• Ability to be discreet and respect the privacy of clients.

Education & Work Experience

• Experience a plus, but not necessary
• Bi-lingual a preferred, but not necessary

Schedule

• 5 days a week from 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm
• Weekends required

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Ability to be walking, standing, moving, and lifting 80% of the time

Preferred Requirements

• Knowledge of Addiction and 12 Step Recovery Program
• Valid Driver’s license and good driving record preferred, but not mandatory.
