HOUSEKEEPING AIDE JOB DESCRIPTION:

Under supervision of the Executive Director, the goal of this position is to create a clean and orderly environment for our clients and guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation and creates safety for all clients and guests.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, all surfaces, and trim
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, break rooms, and other work areas
• Sweep and/or vacuums floor
• Dust furniture and equipment
• Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork
• Paint touchups
• Wash windows, door panels, and sills
• Empty wastebasket
• Transport trash and waste to the disposal area
• Replenish bathroom supplies
• Transport small equipment or tools between departments

Knowledge And Skills:

• Medical cleaning experience- preferred
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• Knowledge of English language
• High school diploma/GED- preferred
• Basic knowledge of safety requirements
