POSITION OVERVIEW:
Snowmass Vacations operates a portfolio of Vacation Rental properties in Snowmass Village and Aspen Colorado.
This position is a full-time, year-round position that reports to the Operations Managers and Housekeeping Supervisor. The objective of this position is to ensure every property in our inventory meets our high standards of cleanliness and condition, to ensure a superior guest experience.
We are looking for housekeepers who want a long-term position within a company and have multiple positions available for full-time work. Housekeepers work independently and visit multiple properties in one day. All equipment, supplies, inventory items provided.

We do offer a sign on bonus of $500 after a successful 30 days of employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To follow a weekly schedule of assigned cleanings at condos and homes located in Snowmass Village, Aspen, or surrounding area.
• Report to storage room by 9AM to pick-up inventory items, clean linens and towels, or any other cleaning supplies needed for your day.
• Cleaning condos to the standards provided and instructed by management
• Responsible for using, monitoring, and completing all assigned cleanings within our scheduling software via mobile smart phone.
• Having valid driver’s license to use company vehicles while at assigned cleanings, or ability to use own vehicle with mileage reimbursement
• Must have availability to work 8 hour shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior relevant experience.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English communication preferred. Housekeeping Manager is fluent in Spanish if translation is needed.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Some technology skills and smart phone required.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Must be flexible with time, able to occasionally work non-conforming hours due to business requirements, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and self-driven.
• Physically fit enough to stand for extended periods of time, walk-up flights of stairs, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
