Job Title: House Manager FT Ref WE-7104
Location: Winnetka, IL
Pay Rate: $125,000- $140,000 Annually
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Monday to Friday 40-50 Hours
Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Healthcare Contribution
Job Details:
Winnetka client requires a professional House Manager long-term for their residence. This is a very busy and semi-formal household.
Responsibilities will include staff management (hiring and training), vendor management, overseeing property renovations, house bookkeeping with monthly expense reports, bill paying & petty cash management, event planning assistance, couture wardrobe management for Principals, vehicle valet, book travel and dinner reservations, manage secondary residences, perform errands, and liaise with family office staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum of ten years House Manager experience within a similar role managing a private estate
- Bachelors Degree
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- High level of IT literacy
- Valid Driver's License
- Service oriented attitude
- Knowledge of local area
