Job responsibilities include: repairing and maintaining the interior and exterior of the hotel while following Company standards for quality, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and safety and security. looking for someone who is willing to be responsible to work on their own to fix any trouble areas that may arise within the hotel public areas and/or in the rooms.

A KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE OF BOTH ARE REQUIRED PLEASE

• MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE A MUST !!

• Indoor Pool knowledge required upkeep and chemical monitoring daily a must
• Plumbing experience is a must
• Other key duties include:
• Perform routine maintenance such as painting, carpet/floor cleaning, caulking, etc.
• Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems, room furniture, fixtures and other items in the hotel
• Perform duties of the company’s preventative maintenance program
• Report major repair needs to the Manager

• Hotel maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
