We are inviting you to apply for our HotelGuest Service Directorposition.In this position, you'll beresponsible for the resort-wide, overall levels of guest satisfaction. The Guest Services Manager directly supervises bell staff and concierge team. You would also work in partnership with the front office manager to achieve our desired results.

We do require that you have a background, consisting of a minimum four years of previous front office or guest service manager experience within a resort with an excess of 500 rooms. Formal training or hands on education in hotel management and operations is required. You must have a broad understanding of the tourism industry and the day-to-day functions of all aspects of a resort.
