Our company is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Front Desk Manager. The ideal candidate for this position has a solid background in hotel operations, an eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong leadership abilities and the determination to ensure that all customer requests are fully satisfied.

Responsibilities:

• Answer questions and address concerns.
• Address questions or concerns from clients or employees of the business.
• Provide information to clients about products and services provided by the business.
• Maintain a welcoming environment for clients, co-workers, and employees of the business.
• Be knowledgeable about the policies and procedures of the business.
• Greet customers with a friendly smile and offer assistance.
• Express interest in customers' needs and thank them afterwards.
• Knowledge of additional products or services that are provided by the company.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
