Guest Service Agent
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for checking in and out guests. Handling requests, complaints, messages, directions, and questions.
Customer Service experience is required
Hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
Applicants need to possess enthusiasm in guest services and professional phone etiquette.Basic administrative and computer knowledge is required.
Open Availability including weekends required (no overnight)
