Job Description: Hotel Associate - Outsourced Shipping Department (OSD)

If so, TripHero is looking for a full-time Hotel Associate-OSD, based in Salt Lake City, UT. This position is a unique opportunity to put your experience to use and reach new heights with a growing, innovative company. This position will be based at the brand-new Hyatt Regency in Salt Lake City, UT, next to the Convention Center. The start date is January 1st, the schedule is 6 days per week (Mon-Sat) for 6 hours per day (11a/12p – 5/6p), and the pay range is from $20/hr - $22/hr.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage all aspects of a shipping department inside a hotel operation
• Fulfill shipping and receiving functions including, but not limited to, logging and delivering incoming packages, creating new orders and printing labels
• Daily invoicing and billing systems
• Handle customer service for hotel guests
• Act as TripHero ambassador to hotel staff and guests

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 70+ lbs
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Outgoing personality with strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills (word, excel,
• Ability to work during inclement weather and in a fast-paced environment
• Licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Supervising Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Warehouse Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
