Job Summary

Job Description:
This position is responsible for effective development, coordination and presentation of all management training initiatives related to competency development for FLIK Hospitality Group.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement programs that promote a performance culture, embodying our Platinum Service platform
• Plan and promote monthly training curriculum based on effectuating change utilizing monthly CSAT feedback received from UA
• Maintain & update all training materials and supplies unique to local United Club and Polaris Lounge operations
• Train associates and management to effectively utilize the POS software at the bar, dining room and kitchen
• Train associates and management to effectively utilize the reservation software for amenities and dining room
• Support with the development, training and accountability of tableside service standards in the Polaris dining rooms
• Support with the development, training and accountability of bartender hospitality guest engagement
• Support with the development, training and accountability of valet shower & sleeping suite service level
• Provide coaching to the operators to ensure bar and buffet merchandising are to corporate standards
• Provide coaching to buffet signage and marketing to enhance guest experience
• Train associates on the language of luxury
• Support the experience director, as directed, with champion projects and tasks such as but not limited to: newsletters, Nudge, Safety & Sanitation, and DIAC/DEI.
• Lead implementation of local onsite activations and sourcing of minority business partners
• Ensure consistent and effective implementation of learning & development platforms across the organization
• Design, develop and deliver training courses and workshops, including but not limited to, leadership development and performance improvement
• Propose learning solutions to address performance gaps
• Partner with subject matter experts to drive innovative learning solutions which impact business metrics and organizational effectiveness
• Acts as a coach and mentor to new frontline associates, supervisors and managers joining the organization
• Compliance report and tracking for mandatory training courses
• Additional duties and projects as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
