We are searching for a Part time RN for our Hospice department. You CAN and WILL make a real difference in the lives of your clients! Our First Choice nurses understand that respect, dignity, compassion and trust are more than words.... they’re actions!

As a Hospice RN at First Choice, you will provide initial and ongoing assessment of the impact of the terminal diagnosis on the patients physical, functional, psychosocial and environment needs and activities of daily living. Implement individual plans of care and revise, as necessary. Provide ongoing consultation and collaborate with other members of the hospice team. Supervise hospice LPN's and hospice aides as needed.
