Touching Hearts at Home is seeking Exceptional Caregivers (CarePartners) to provide personal one-on-one care for the elderly and disabled and to help put the “HEART” into home care.

We are always hiring top notch CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to assist our clients in Gainesville, Lake City, Live Oak, Alachua, Palatka, Melrose, Archer, Waldo, Lake Butler, and other areas in Northern Central Florida. You will be well matched with clients you love, given consistent hours, and paid a rate based on your experience. No sliding scale or false promises!

All qualified CarePartners must be able to do the following:

• Have an availability for 8,10, or 12-hour day or overnight shifts Mon-Fri with rotating weekends in Williston.
• Be patient and compassionate.
• Possess at least 2 years’ experience in healthcare.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work and while on the job.
• Be able to pass a Level 2 background check.
• Provide an accurate schedule of your availability so we know when you are available to pick up hours and serve our clients consistently.
• Assist seniors and adults with activities of daily living (Bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, transferring, walking, climbing stairs, eating, shopping, cooking/meal preparation, PT and medication reminders, using the phone, internet, FaceTime and Zoom, Housework to include light housekeeping, daily sanitization of living areas, laundry).
• Transportation (in the client's or your vehicle), accompaniment to doctors appointments or to leisure activities.
• Attention to detail to notice changes in client health, appearance, and behavior.
• Must have exceptional communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Provide personalized care according to the customized CarePlans
• Assist clients to be safe, happy, and healthy in their home, nursing home, hospital, rehab center, hospice, or wherever it is that they call home!
