As a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Shiloh Assisted Living, you'll be the heart and soul of our team. You'll work under the direction of a licensed nurse to help our senior/elderly residents live with independence and dignity. You'll provide more than just medication reminders or assistance with meals, light housekeeping, bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, errands, and appointments. You'll provide companionship and socialization, encourage independence, and promote family involvement as much as possible.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a long-term care setting, but no experience is necessary as we provide paid training. You should have the ability to pass a background check, reliable transportation, and meet the physical demands of the job. You should also be able to work well independently and in a team environment, have excellent organizational skills, and strong communication skills. Most importantly, you should be motivated to provide exceptional service and respect to our elderly residents and their families and maintain a calm and warm environment.

At Shiloh Assisted Living, we offer a flexible schedule, including rotating every other weekend and every other holiday, with AM, PM, and overnight shifts available. If you're looking to work fewer days per week but still be full-time, we also offer 12-hour shifts.
