Elmhurst Commons is an assisted living facility which offers exceptional cares and a best in class working environment. We’re currently looking for CNA's and Home Health Aides to join our team.

We are currently hiring for:

• Day Shift: Part Time

These positions do require you to work every other weekend and every other holiday.

Responsibilities for CNA's & Home Health Aides:

• Provide direct care to residents following the individual resident care plan
• Foster a homelike atmosphere throughout the residence
• Answers call lights in a prompt manner
• Maintains a clean, safe and orderly environment for residents
• Documents medication records and ADL sheets in the resident chart
• Treat each resident with respect and dignity while encouraging independence
