Kendal Crosslands Communities is currently seeking a Resident Companion who provides residents with quality companionship and non-medical services by providing stimulation through conversation, encouragement, engagement, and assistance with errands and light household tasks for residents.Experience working with the elderly is preferred. At least one year experience in a home care or long term care setting. Possess a high school diploma or GED. Ability to adapt to various living environments and to communicate with residents in a friendly and congenial manner. Must possess current, valid PA driver’s license in good standing and must be insurable by Kendal-Crosslands Communities Insurance. Must have access to reliable personal vehicle to travel from home to home.
