The Doctor’s Choice Home Health Services is currently seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Home Health team in the Greater Los Angeles Area. These skilled nurses will be able to make visits within (10-30 miles distance) from their home to patient’s place of residence, in order to provide skilled care services as ordered by referring physician.

**$500 SIGN ON BONUS OPPORTUNITY**

Per-Diem status only

*Must be able to cover Culver City* Can cover some or all of the following areas as well: West Adams, Baldwin Hills, Ladera Heihts, Windsor Hills, Crenshaw, Leimert Park.

Minimum Requirements include:

• Graduate of a National League for Nursing accredited school of nursing
• Must have minimum 1 year of experience in nursing as an RN
• Must be open to work 4 days out of the week (Monday through Sunday)
• Experience in EMR software (preferred)
• Provide skilled nursing services / interventions in accordance with physician orders
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of skilled nursing interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Required Licenses and Certifications:

• Registered Nurse in CA
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
• Physical/TB from the last 6 months or sooner

Pay: $50.00 - $135.00 per hour
