Primary Responsibilities of Role

  • Assist associates with all technology-related issues and requests
  • Promote relationships with the end-user community to ensure that expectations are set and fulfilled appropriately
  • Document processes and procedures to promote an organized approach to problem management
  • Help ensure that support tickets are entered, picked up, worked and closed in an effective and efficient manner
  • Support the allocation of technology resources to ensure an optimal business environment
  • Track time spent on support tickets

Work Experience

  • Experience working in an IT helpdesk or other similar technology role is strongly preferred
  • MIS or other technology-related degree is preferred
  • Experience with problem solving and/or troubleshooting issues is preferred
  • Experience with ticket management is a plus

Skills

  • Experience with using and/or troubleshooting Office 365 and/or Google Workspace - Preferred
  • Experience with Active Directory accounts/security light management - Preferred
  • Experience using and/or troubleshooting Windows and/or Mac OS issues - Preferred
  • Experience working with printers, copiers, phone systems, internet routers, etc. - Preferred

The following compensation is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base pay generally ranges between $24.00/hour - $26.00/hour. This range is an estimate bases on an applicant's skills, experience and training. Due to asset management duties, this position is required to be on site in the Charlotte office.
