Job Title: Help Desk Technician
Location: Shaw AFB, Sumter, SC
Clearance Level: Active DoD - Secret
Required Certification(s):
- DoD IAT Level II Certification.
**Selected applicants may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. **
- Provide Help Desk support to the end user on a variety of issues.
- The Help Desk support shall identify, research, and resolve technical problems for end users.
- The Help Desk shall respond to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for IT support; document, track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions.
- Support creating, tracking closing, updating, and resolving help desk trouble tickets.
- Perform domain account administration and management.
Qualifications
- DoD IAT Level II Certification.
- 2+ years of experience required.

- Ability to listen and take direction from leadership on assigned tasks, expectations, and schedules.
- Sharp attention to detail.
- Organized; time management skills to forecast and stay ahead of deliverables/reporting requirements.
- Must be well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate, prioritize multiple tasks, and be adaptable to change to accomplish assignments.
- Excellent Customer Focus/Satisfaction skills.
- Strong/Natural understanding of and ability to demonstrate the Agile Defense Core Values: Happy, Helpful, Honest, Humble, Hungry, Hustle.
Working Conditions
- Typical office environment.
- Sedentary – 10 lbs. Maximum lifting, occasional lift/carry of small articles.
- Some occasional walking or standing may be required.
