Louisville Water is currently recruiting a Help Desk Support. The primary objective of this position is to act as initial responder to provide support to end users for computer, application, and system issues. Monitors daily batch and scheduled jobs.

Pay: From $52,026.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Louisville, KY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Help desk: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Windows: 1 year (Preferred)
