Who You Are:

• Are you tired of making outbound calls and setting up appointments all day long? Our agency provides pre-qualified campaign leads at no cost to the Agent so you can close the deal and earn commission FAST!
• Are you required to meet the sales quota?
• Are you willing to work the extra mile and get beautifully compensated for it?

What You’ll Do:

• Each year we hand-pick a group of sales professionals and work with them to develop their career in the insurance industry. We work with selected candidates on a one-on-one basis to assist them achieve their professional goals.
• You will study during two (2) weeks to obtain your insurance license (we will pay for all costs incurred and will include a weekly compensation during this time)
• You will be required to study for a state exam at our office location - the latest tools and up-to- date resources available to you at no cost.
• Pass the insurance state exam - at no cost to the Agent, we cover it ALL!

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Proven sales success in reaching specific sales goals
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• Effective negotiation, verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to work long hours during open enrollment season
• Flexible schedule: availability to work evenings & Saturdays

Required Education/Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in sales (call center setting)
• Fully bilingual: English/Spanish
