We need a talented manager to lead our Women's fashion buying team. You and your team will determine our brand portfolio and go to market to select items for our store. You will work iteratively with our brands and in response to our customer's needs to refine our Women's fashion selection in store.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead and build the end-to-end marketing strategy for defining our approach to Women's fashion and partnerships with brands
• Own the Women's fashion business, monitoring and driving improvement in KPIs and our business plan, including presenting results and learnings in weekly, monthly, and quarterly Business Review meetings to key internal stakeholders and executives.
• Partner with visual merchandising, inventory management, catalog and product teams to create a great customer experience
• Identify opportunities for automation/ scale to improve processes and productivity, in order to support an organization that must scale at a rapid pace.
• Deliver strong topline results
• MBA
• Background in fashion and established brand relationships

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $123,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $229,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
