Head of Digital Marketing

We’re hiring a Head of Digital Marketing to lead a team of talented digital and growth marketers to generate and accelerate pipeline for our multi-segment sales teams as well as build out our self-serve motion. This is an opportunity to play a critical role to lead the strategy for digital campaigns, performance marketing, website optimization, and growth marketing at one of the fastest-growing analytics companies. This role will report to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing and will partner closely with our Content, Field, Sales Development, and Marketing Operations teams.

What you'll do:

  • Strategize, plan, execute, manage, and optimize end-to-end paid acquisition, web marketing, and growth marketing programs globally.
  • Lead a talented team of digital marketers and help them continue to grow and thrive as professionals.
  • Own monthly and quarterly digital marketing reporting and provide thoughtful recommendations based on data-backed insights and qualitative feedback.
  • Lead recommendations and implementation of new and modern digital marketing opportunities, capabilities, and tactics.
  • Maximize prospect and consumer engagement by leveraging data insights to anticipate needs while exceeding expectations, delivering an increase in qualified traffic, improving conversion, and driving sales growth.
  • Manage the continuous optimization of digital marketing performance leveraging data analytics and A/B performance testing.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Development, and Marketing to build programs that support our pipeline and revenue targets globally.
  • Provide digital marketing expertise and digital campaign execution services to regional teams in the Americas, EMEA, and APJ. Lead digital content review and recommendations to improve conversions.
  • Partner with Marketing and Operations to streamline, automate and measure all digital marketing programs.

What you bring:

  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally for a PLG SaaS company.
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing and growing a marketing team.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors including agencies and contractors.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting in executive-level settings.
  • Ability to tie advertising spend & performance to sales pipeline results.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of performance-based digital marketing strategies, a strong operational mindset and skill at leveraging data to build an optimization and testing framework that delivers on core KPIs.
  • Experience with paid media channels, paid search, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and other digital marketing capabilities.
  • Experience with Martech tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Pardot.
  • Compassionate coach-leader with high EQ capable of leading a group of smart individuals in a high pace environment -Analytical mind and high attention to detail with data-driven decision-making with trackable goals.
