About the Job

As the company's Head of Clinical Operations, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively to build and scale our clinical organization. You will be responsible for overseeing provider partnerships, establishing clinical significance of our product and care delivery and instituting clinical workflows that help to achieve our goal of providing a world class patient experience and an improvement in clinical outcomes for those who have moderate-severe chronic conditions.

As the Head of Clinical Operations, you will lead cross-functional processes across the organization to ensure continuous innovation and delivery of excellent performance outcomes for our patients. You will report to the CEO directly and work remotely.

What you'll do:

• Partner with the product leader to be the clinical SME to help translate business needs into product-based decisions
• Partner with executive leadership to think through and strategically prioritize therapeutic areas that StealthCo can expand into
• Establish continuous feedback loops with clinical team; work with care team to address any bottlenecks and document best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness as we scale
• Manage the clinical operations of the organization across multiple stakeholders

What you'll need:

• You have 10+ years of experience and progressive leadership responsibilities in clinical care operations roles
• You have 5+ years of people management experience, you understand how to motivate employees and build team culture, with a 0-1 rapid scaling experience
• You have 2+ years experience managing operations for a tech-forward, consumer-facing service or product

What you'll bring to the table:

• You have experience building and managing clinical teams
• You have experience developing and implementing clinical processes and protocols
• You have demonstrated success selecting, launching, and operationalizing new products, markets, projects, etc
• You showcase strong analytical and project management skills
• You are familiar with documentation within an EMR system
• You have an MD
• You have an integrated understanding of how clinical operations tie in with product strategy, go-to-market, and fundraising
• You have the ability to build from scratch the care management program for this operating company

Full-time base salary of $200,000 and equity.
