The Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Systems Analyst is a subject matter expert for the implementation of a new ERP solution are needed. Individual(s) will be responsible for configuration, testing (integration & UAT) and other ERP related activities. Will work closely to review customer business requirements and specifications and ensure that these requirements are fulfilled. This position can be virtual/remote. This person will provide technical consultation and assistance to users of the Finance & HCM platforms including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Analysis of user needs and requirements
  • Application installation and testing
  • HCM configuration responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies i.e., local, state and federal requirements (W2, 1099, etc.)
  • Application problem resolution
  • Creation of user documentation
  • Creation of training materials as needed
  • Assistance with all aspects of Finance & HCM processes including application issue and problem reporting and resolution
  • Analysis of user needs and requirements

General Description:

  • Interface between the departmental users/clients and the various divisions of IT.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for HCM & Finance solutions and other ancillary applications in use to support all tasks and activities in the HCM & Finance areas
  • Control and manage production system issues, triage issues and conduct detailed impact analysis, root cause analysis, and downstream impacts
  • Coordinate modifications and updates to the ERP platform and the other applications/systems provided and or supported by Business Systems Team
  • Support of all applications in use with the ERP platform (third party & bolt-on solutions)
  • Provide advanced application troubleshooting support for systems/applications provided and or supported
  • Recommend improvements and increase efficiency of the ERP platform and the supported other systems/applications
  • Assist with coordination of vendor activities including scheduled and unscheduled downtime
  • Test new systems, version upgrades, interfaces and other system modifications.
  • Provide pro-active monitoring of the supported applications/systems provided
  • Maintain accurate and current documentation regarding supported systems/applications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field. Experience will be considered in place of a degree
  • IT experience in a patient care setting, medical center or healthcare environment preferred
  • Strong technical skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Prior Human Capital Management solution experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of workflows associated with Human Capital Management is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation
  • Highly professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels in the organization
  • Ability to motivate team members
  • Eager to learn; exceptional listening skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as part of a larger team

  • Provide off hours coverage as needed

Total Rewards

  • Salary: $90,000 -110,000 per year
