- Must have a clean background check and drug screen
- Must have a HS diploma/GED

- Provide clients with structured activities
- Assist clients with lunch
- Assist clients with personal hygiene as needed
- Provide services to the clients as listed in the ISP
- Complete daily billing documentation
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, co-workers and manager
