Description:The ideal candidate must be an Electrical Engineer with experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) integration and testing environment. The candidate must have knowledge of electrical engineering in the areas of digital, analog, radio frequency circuit designs and electronic components. The candidate must be capable of using lab equipment to troubleshoot hardware/software failures in support of HWIL integration and testing.

The successful candidate in this role will lead HWIL tasks such as generate testbed architecture definition, design hardware interface and simulation, setup and perform test on HWIL integration bench, review test data, and troubleshoot failures in the lab. The candidate will also support program meetings, provide project status, and interface with a multi-discipline team as well as the program customer.

The candidate will be required to travel up to 10% per year. Travel activities include Integration Bench Testing and Support at Palmdale, CA. Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must be able to work well in team environment, have an active clearance, and willing to work onsite.
Basic Qualifications:
Active Clearance
Ability to work onsite (MFC-Dallas Campus) full time
Minimum 2 years of Hardware-in-the-Loop or System Integration Lab Experience
Basic Electrical Troubleshooting Experience
Basic experience with Lab Test Equipment (Scope, DMM, PNA, etc...)
Desired Skills:
Experience with Electrical Design for Aerospace Applications
Experience with Electrical Harnessing , Grounding, and Hardware Integration
Experience Working with collaborating with Systems and Modeling and Simulation Engineering
Experience Developing in a Linux Environment
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
