Company Summary: Happy Feet International is one of the nation’s fastest growing providers of Luxury Vinyl Flooring, servicing: residential, commercial and multi-family markets. We specialize in building customer relationships and dependable services. We are rapidly expanding our outside sales organization in the East Texas / North Louisiana area and we are seeking experienced field sales/territory managers to attract new clients, win new accounts, and maximize profitability within his or her sales territory. Sales rep for this position will need to live in Tyler, TX, preferrable, but not required. Service area is all of East Texas and all of Northern Louisiana. Wholesale is a plus with this position. Travel 6-8 nights per month. Must have 3 years sales experience in flooring sales or close related field

Job Summary:

A Happy Feet territory manager is responsible for selling Luxury Vinyl Flooring products to specialty retailers, commercial and multifamily end users. This opportunity has a new business development aspect continually prospecting for viable new accounts while developing a key awareness of what is happening within their marketplace.

The Responsibilities of The Position Include:

· Sales

  • Business Development
  • Build relationships with existing customers
  • Actively prospect cultivate new leads and customers within the sales territory
  • Give presentations to all clients to educate them on flooring, installation and maintenance
  • Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis
  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
  • Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions
